Before you begin

We recommend you read and understand the Application Guidelines for the Youth Employment Social Impact Program. Preview the application form and the information required before completing it.

Completing the form

Compulsory questions

This application form contains compulsory questions. If these questions are not completed, you will not be able to submit your application.

Attachments

You will be prompted to upload attachments. All supporting documents must be uploaded prior to submitting the application.

Files can be up to 25 MB each; however, we do recommend trying to keep files to a maximum of 5 MB. The larger the file, the longer the upload time.

Once the application is submitted, no changes can be made and no attachments can be uploaded.

Saving your draft application

To save a partially completed application, press 'save' and log out. Please note that you will be logged out of the system after 30 minutes of inactivity, so ensure that you save your work as you go.

Find the list of applications you have submitted or started when you log back in and click on the ‘My Submissions’ link at the top of the screen. You can re-open your draft application and start where you left off.

You can also download any draft or completed application as a PDF. Navigate to the ‘Review and Submit’ page of the application, and click the ‘Download PDF’ button.

Completing an application as a team

A number of people can work on an application using the same log in details as long as only one person is working at a time. Ensure you save as you go.

Spell check

Most internet browsers (including Firefox v2.0 and above; Safari; and Google Chrome) have spell-checking facilities built in. You can switch this function on or off by adjusting your browser settings.

Submitting your application

You need to review your application before you can submit it. You will find a Review and Submit button at the bottom of the navigation panel.

Once you have reviewed your application, you can submit it by clicking on 'Submit' at the top of the screen. You will not be able to submit your application until all the compulsory questions are completed.

When you submit your application, you will receive an automated confirmation email with a copy of your submitted application attached. This will be sent to the email address you used to register. If you do not receive a confirmation of submission email then your submission has NOT been received.
